| Good Luck Jesse! |
The beautiful late summer weekend was made bittersweet because we were saying a temporary farewell to our sponsored rider and friend, Jesse Casillas. Jesse started off riding for us at Anaheim Supercross round #1, and by round #6 he was the instigator in helping Zoo World Ministries break as a top team in the 125 West points. Unfortunately, due to a knee injury, Jesse’s season came to an end all too soon. Jesse, ever the optimist, did not look back. He began to make plans to for a 2 year mission trip to preach the Gospel in Australia!
Getting to know Jesse has been an honor and a privilege. We have made it clear to him that he will always be a part of Team Zoo. He is a gifted man of God, and we are so proud of him and we are looking forward to see how the Lord will use him in the days to come.
These photos highlight the going away party we threw for Jesse at Barona Oaks race track. As you can see, we had a great turn out of Jesse’s friends and family members. The support and love shown for Jesse was extremely heartfelt. We camped out over night at the track, had a praise and worship session, and the next day we all had an awesome day of riding! We were all sad to see Jesse go, but we know he has a purpose for which God has created him. Good luck Jesse, we’ll be praying for you!
